Male Shih tzu puppy needs a new home

His name is Gizzi, he is currently in need of a harness collar. Soon 9 months old, all shots, the owner disabled and unable to take care of him. He's never been in a cage. Gizziy was born on 31/3. It's got to have a fence in the yard. He is really lovely and sweet. Mostly the potty was conditioned. I can't walk around with him. He's a good kid, and he loves to hug people.
