Biewer Terriers were first bred in the 1980s by Gertrud and Werner Biewer in Germany. They were officially recognized as a breed by the American Kennel Club (AKC) in 2021. Despite their royal looks, they are spunky and love to play! They are a variation of the Yorkshire Terrier, but with distinct tri-color markings.
