The Tibetan Mastiff is a large dog breed that originated in Tibet and is known for its protective nature. It has a thick coat that requires regular grooming and can come in a variety of colors. The breed is known for being independent and strong-willed, making it a good guard dog but potentially difficult to train. Tibetan Mastiffs have a long history of being used to protect livestock and homes in Tibet, and they have gained popularity as pets in recent years. However, potential owners should be aware of the breed's size and temperament before bringing one into their home.
