• Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
• Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
• Don't buy or sell puppies outside of your area. Don't accept cashier cheques and loan from outside your country
• If puppies have their vaccines you could ask the vet for records to double check before buying
