Smart Borador puppy for adoption

He is around 3-4 months old. The vets have confirmed that he will grow up to be a Borador, a mix of Labrador Retriever and Border Collie. I have noticed a Border Collie in the vicinity last year, along with Labradors from neighboring homes. I am not looking for any payment, just want to ensure he finds a good home and caring family. While I would like to keep him, my apartment is not suitable due to my two adult dogs. I believe he would thrive better in a larger space.

He is great with children, alert, sociable, and shows signs of being a good guard dog. He is intelligent and responds well to training, already picking up a few commands and mannerisms. Surprisingly, he is doing well with potty training and has not had any accidents. He can be vocal at times, but understands when corrected.
