13 wks old Shiba Inu puppy

I'm having to rehome my 13-week-old Shiba inu puppy through no fault of his own. I'm not allowed to have a dog in my apartment complex unless I have a specific type of doctor's note. I didn't realize I'd need him until I got him. He is up to date on his shots, housebroken, and crate trained. He's also been microchipped. I paid $1200 for him, but I'm open to offers.
