6 month old male blue merle Australian shepherd

I own a 6 month old male blue merle Australian shepherd. He is not altered. Had puppy shots, dewormer, and current rabies. He's only about 20-25 pounds right this moment so I think he is either a large mini or perhaps a small standard. He's the sweetest, calmest puppy That i've ever owned. He's great with my one year old. House trained and crate trained. 's been around some livestock but has not been used as a functional dog. He is not registered. I'm only asking $150 for him.
