Four months old Aussiedor puppy looking for a loving caring family

She was born on September 19 (four months old) and actually weighs 22 pounds. She's UTD on all her shots. We've got the papers to show it. She's an Aussiedor puppy, a crossed between Lab and Aussie.

We've been undecided to keep it. And now that we've been thinking about it for the fifth time, we've agreed that it deserves better. Sadly, right now, we don't have the time to give her all the love she deserves. She's a very loyal, sweet, extra friendly, hyper yet calm puppy. We love her so much.

We're staying in a condo right now, so we know she'd love to have more room to run around. And a beautiful, large back yard. We're looking for a loving caring family that's willing to take her in and give her everything.
