Beautiful long-haired Chihuahua puppy

I need to find a new home for my adorable 3-month-old chihuahua puppy. He has long white fur with tan ears and beautiful greenish-gray eyes. I'm asking for a rehoming fee of $500 since I originally paid $1000 for him. I'm heading off to college soon, and I really want to make sure he goes to a loving family. I'm not a breeder; I'm just a girl who needs some help! He has been checked by a vet and is in great health. He's super tiny and will stay that way forever!
