1.5 years old male pomeranian to adopt

Adorable pomeranian demands a new home. Our landlord will not enable Animals. He is about a 1.5 yrs outdated, so kind of a Pup even now. He's more compact than the usual cat. Loves to snuggle and does effectively with other Animals. He isn't going to bark. He isn't neutered. He's potty properly trained.
