Yorkie puppies as pets only

I have two Yorkie puppies available. There's one female and one tiny male. I'm accepting a small deposit to hold them until they're 8 weeks old on July 19th. They are expected to weigh between 4 to 7 lbs when fully grown; the male, being the smallest, will likely be around 4 lbs. Both parents are on-site; the mom is 6 lbs and AKC registered, while the dad is 5 lbs and CKC registered. These puppies are handled daily and will make excellent family pets. They won't be registered and are meant as pets only. Out of the litter of 5 (4 females and 1 male), two are still available. One pup is already taken, and the others are in the standard color but carry the party gene. I can provide references from previous puppy adopters upon request.
