I have a friendly little Dandie Dinmont Terrier puppy for sale to a loving and caring family who will take better care of him. He wasn't interested in anything, just walking around and sniffing. He got snappy when I tried to pick him up, but when I tied him up, he calmly walked back to his cage. I wouldn't worry about his annoyance, I think he needs a loving foster home so she can adjust.
