We have a sweet miniature Chihuahua puppy about 1.5 years, and we got her when she was a tiny puppy. She loves all people, she's smart, and she's very playful. She was well fed and cared for, but she only weights 3.5 pounds and She is not fixed so she should be allowed to have puppies.
