I am planning to rehome my long hair chihuahua. Almost two years old. He is not neutered. Weights about 4lbs. Puppy pad trained. Not long ago i stood a baby possesses become challenging to provide him a person's eye he needs. It's my job to have him in his pin most of the time now which isn't fair for him.
