I purchased a Black and White Shih Tzu for my mother, but she has recently become ill and is unable to care for and play with him as she once did. He is lovable, energetic, and loves children. He has no papers, but he is full blooded. I paid $1200 for him when he was 4 months old, so I'm asking $1000.
